Hi,

Please consider adding libsasl2-dev as libvncserver-dev dependency. Without
that lib, libvncserver autopkgtest fails as do x11vnc build.

After manually install libsasl2-dev, x11vnc build and seems to work fine using
the -dev package build here (
https://salsa.debian.org/debian-remote-team/libvncserver/-/jobs/415057 ).
