This morning I became impatient and uploaded 0.9.12 to unstable. However, I did not do a build-test against the pkg, only a runtime test.
I can't install experimental version of libvncserver-dev in my system because last uploaded version of libvncserver-config is version-dependent.

In case libvncserver-config is not needed any more, references on libvncserver-dev binary package (and others) must be removed.
Yep. libvncserver-config is gone now, replaced by proper pkg-config files.
