Hi,

Same procedure as every year: new dpdk LTS release is available with a
new ABI. It is already in experimental, and all reverse dependencies
in unstable build cleanly with no changes, so it should be an easy
one. The following will need binnmus:

openvswitch
collectd
suricata
uhd

As a reminder, collectd uses only a Recommends but still need to be binnmu'ed.

Thanks
