Bug#1122901: trixie-pu: package debos/1.1.5-1

Hi,

I uploaded debos 1.1.5-1+deb13u1 to trixie-proposed-updates.
Please let me know if I did anything wrong or anything is needed. This
is my first stable upload so I am not used to the process yet, but I
did try to triple-check everything rather than going in blind :-).
