I'd like (maybe after the vtk9 transistion is done, as there is some
entanglement), to update opencascade to the latest upstream version
7.9.1.

As usually, this required a transition.

The transition tracker [1] correctly picked it up already after the
upload to experimental.

Reverse-Dependencies are all fine, I've rebuilt them locally:

f3d - ok
freecad - ok
horizon-eda - unrelated FTBFS, NMU pending, #1116331
		  after NMU: ok
kicad - ok
librepcb	- sid only, FTBFS with CMake4 (currently preparing a NMU for it)
		  with fix: ok
mayo - ok
netgen - ok
slic3r-prusa - ok

Level 3:
gmsh - ok

Level 4:
deal.ii - ok
