Please help perl (5.40.1-7) migrate to testing by either ignoring the pdl autopkgtest failure on ppc64el or by scheduling the autopkgtest using both perl & pdl from unstable like the job I scheduled:

The binNMU of pdl via #1121680 picked up a dependency on perl (>= 5.40.1-7) which blocks it from migrating to testing and fix the autopkgtest failure with perl from unstable and pdl from testing.
