[ Reason ]
New upstream bug fix release
Fix busy loop when using the MH format mail archive

[ Impact ]
This is the final planned release in the stable 3.56.x series
(corresponds to GNOME 48).

This also includes another bugfix (the MH format patch) requested by a
user that has been fixed in a newer evolution-data-server series, but
upstream didn't want to do any more 3.56.x releases to include it.

[ Tests ]
I built this package on trixie and installed it on Debian 13. I
successfully completed the test cases from
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DesktopTeam/TestPlans/Evolution

The individual who requested the MH format fix verified that my
self-built binary packages fixed their issue on Debian 13.

[ Risks ]
evolution-data-server is included by default in Debian's Cinnamon,
GNOME, and GNOME Flashback desktops. evolution-data-server is used by
GNOME Shell. A serious enough bug could break GNOME Shell, although
that is unlikely for this update since that integration is mature.

This is a very minimal update that was included in Ubuntu 25.10 and in
GNOME 48 distros. It has been in Debian Unstable and Testing for more
than 2 months and in Experimental for 2 months before that.

If evolution-data-server is broken, people could use Thunderbird instead.

[ Checklist ]
[✔️] all changes are documented in the d/changelog
[✔️] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[✔️] attach debdiff against the package in stable
[✔️] the issue is verified as fixed in unstable

Thank you,
Jeremy Bícha
