Hi,

I'd like to update orphan-sysvinit-scripts in the next trixie point
release to include the haveged init script, please.

[ Reason ]

The haveged maintainer removed the sysvinit script during the trixie
cycle (and didn't inform the o-s-s maintainers); we've now had a
complaint from a sysvinit & haveged user that it stopped working in
trixie due to that removal (#1118622).

[ Impact ]

Trixie users of sysvinit find that haveged doesn't start up.

[ Tests ]

The init script is exactly the same as that taken from the last package
of haveged in Debian to ship one, and the bug reporter tells us that it
works correctly in trixie.

[ Risks ]

The process of managing sysvinit scripts in o-s-s is now well
understood; there is no risk to systemd systems (as systemd will prefer
the .service file shipped in the haveged package).

[ Checklist ]
[x] *all* changes are documented in the d/changelog
[x] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[x] attach debdiff against the package in (old)stable
[x] the issue is verified as fixed in unstable

[ Changes ]

Added the haveged sysvinit script taken from the packaging repo:
https://forgejo.debian.net/linux/haveged/src/tag/debian/1.9.14-2/debian

Also updated lib/mapping in the package so that o-s-s will install this
sysvinit script if the haveged service file is present (i.e. on sysvinit
systems where haveged is installed).
