[ Reason ]
New bugfix release in the stable 48.x series

[ Impact ]
Address format updates for 2 countries and translation updates for 3 languages

[ Tests ]
I built this package on trixie and installed it on Debian 13.

I was able to browse around and see points of interest in my city. I
successfully got vehicle navigation directions from my street
(wouldn't accept my house number) to Tropicana Field, the closest
Major League Baseball stadium.

gnome-maps 48.7 was also briefly in Unstable and Testing in September
until superseded by 49. No Debian bugs were reported.

[ Risks ]
Although gnome-maps is installed by default in Debian GNOME, users
could simply use a mapping website or app if gnome-maps were
non-functional.

[ Checklist ]
[✔️] all changes are documented in the d/changelog
[✔️] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[✔️] attach debdiff against the package in stable
[✔️] the issue is verified as fixed in unstable

Thank you,
Jeremy Bícha
