[ Reason ]
New bugfix release in the stable 48.x series.

[ Impact ]
Fixes crashes and other bugs detailed in debian/changelog.

[ Tests ]
I built this package on trixie and installed it on Debian 13. I
successfully completed the test cases from
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DesktopTeam/TestPlans/Epiphany

epiphany-browser 48.5 (with a few cherry-picked patches from
upstream's 48.x branch not included in this stable update for
simplicity) was in Unstable and Testing for a month (mid-August until
mid-September) until superseded by 49. No Debian bugs were reported.

[ Risks ]
epiphany-browser is not installed by default so users are likely to
have another web browser available if things were to go wrong and know
how to install it.

[ Checklist ]
[✔️] all changes are documented in the d/changelog
[✔️] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[✔️] attach debdiff against the package in stable
[✔️] the issue is verified as fixed in unstable

Thank you,
Jeremy Bícha
