Hi,

[ Reason ]
To fix the CVE-2025-3573

[ Impact ]
None.

[ Tests ]
Manual installation of the resulting package: https://debusine.debian.net/debian/developers/artifact/2432008/
The package was installed and tested working fine.

The debdiff was tested (unit tests/DEP-8) in Debusine: https://debusine.debian.net/debian/developers/work-request/161464/
And is pending confirmation on this bug to be uploaded.

[ Risks ]
Not much risk thanks to the testing described above.
And barely no risk, the diff to the JS file is trivial.

[ Checklist ]
[x] *all* changes are documented in the d/changelog
[x] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[x] attach debdiff against the package in (old)stable
[x] the issue is verified as fixed in unstable

Please allow me to upload phpmyadmin/4:5.2.2-really+dfsg-1deb13u1 as per attached debdiff.
