Dear Release Team,

I'd like to update recastnavigation (soname change, already in
experimental) in unstable [1].
The list of reverse dependencies that will need a binNMU is quite small.
I've performed a rebuild locally, no issue detected.

recastnavigation migrated and the old binaries got removed.
