Hi. I'm guessing there are dozens of unused Rust crates in Trixie. I thought removals from Stable had a higher threshold than just being an unused build dependency, but I don't see criteria for stable removals documented anywhere. This isn't really an objection, but I'm wondering how this works. Thanks, Jeremy Bícha
