Looks like it's only a couple of extensions in the end, please may we 
have some hints? I think this should do it:

remove gnome-shell-extension-impatience/0.5.3-1
# #1116394, #1115524
remove gnome-shell-extension-no-annoyance/0+20241212-8ca0647-1

(If we wait for autoremovals it'll take another week.)
