Hi,

I uploaded bamtools 2.5.3 to unstable, but I didn’t realize that some packages depend on it.

I would like to request a transition for bamtools to coordinate rebuilds of reverse dependencies.

Ben file:

title = "bamtools";
is_affected = .depends ~ "libbamtools2.5.2" | .depends ~ "libbamtools2.5.3";
is_good = .depends ~ "libbamtools2.5.3";
is_bad = .depends ~ "libbamtools2.5.2";

Thanks
-Dominique

It would have been nice if you had specified whether the reverse dependencies
build fine against the bamtools 2.5.3. See the wiki page [1] for the transition
workflow.

Since I don't want to waste time and the transition is small and there are
basically no conflicts, I just went ahead and scheduled the rebuilds. Let's see
how that goes.

And it migrated. Closing.
