I think the current configuration is something like:
wait 7 days after RC bug is filed
then 30 days for leaf packages
and 45 days for packages with at least one dependency

For a start, I suggest reducing the 30 days to 14 or 15, and the 45
days to 28 or 30.

I still don't see a bug for libzstd.  Did I miss it?
