Thanks a lot Chris. packit is working fine. I found the real problem.

I have KVM on my main machine and I made several tests over it. The
packit was sending the packets via eth0, however the main interface is
the br-kvm bridging over eth0. Using -i br-kvm solved the problem. I
will close this bug. Sorry for the noise and thanks for your time.
