Migrating packages to (old)stable is not possible.
The way for getting 2.22.0+ds-3 into trixie would be to suggest an
update with an additional changelog entry for 2.22.0+ds-3~deb13u1
(similar to backports), including a debdiff comparing the source
differences with the version currently in trixie.
