rust-x509-parser is blocked from migrating to testing by
autopkgtest "regressions" in rust-rustls.

These appear to be caused by the fact that rust-rustls
has build-dependencies and test-dependencies on
rust-x509-parser but does not have a runtime
dependency on it, so britney does not realise it needs
to schedule the tests with the new version of rust-rustls.

Can you please schedule autopktests for the new version
of rust-rustls with the new version of rust-x509-parser.
