Dear Release team,

The mainstream Qt version is 6.x nowadays, but many packages are still
using Qt 5. So I want to request a transition for updating it from 5.15.15
to 5.15.17.

The transition is prepared in experimental and there are no known blockers.
Qt WebEngine will be updated to 5.15.19.

I have submitted a merge request with the ben file:
