[ Reason ]
FTBFS / Autopkgtest failure.

[ Impact ]
Bad surprises when rebuilding package.

[ Tests ]
The test itself is the problem.

[ Risks ]
None.

[ Checklist ]
[x] *all* changes are documented in the d/changelog
[x] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[x] attach debdiff against the package in (old)stable
[x] the issue is verified as fixed in unstable

[ Changes ]
A test setup is doing a race condition when listening a port in nodejs.
The change is fixing the test by avoiding that race.
