[ Reason ]
New bugfix release

[ Impact ]
New bugfix release
- Fix from Simon McVittie for the documentation https://bugs.debian.org/1111683
- A reproducibility fix. I don't know why this issue wasn't detected by
https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/trixie/amd64/gssdp.html

[ Tests ]
I built this package on trixie and installed it on Debian 13. I
successfully completed the test case from
https://bugs.debian.org/1111683

[ Risks ]
The -doc package was broken before this update. Almost nothing else in
the source was changed.

I think gssdp is only used in Debian for media server sharing (such as
with Rygel). From what I can tell, media server sharing isn't commonly
used in Debian or Ubuntu. Totem can be used as a frontend to play
videos from a media server.

[ Other Info ]
The other changes in this release that weren't mentioned in NEWS or in
debian/changelog are various CI fixes and one trivial change
"resource-browser: Make regex pattern static".

[ Checklist ]
[✔️] all changes are documented in the d/changelog
[✔️] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[✔️] attach debdiff against the package in stable
[✔️] the issue is verified as fixed in unstable

Thank you,
Jeremy Bícha
