Dear RT,

[ Reason ]

A minor bugfix release of librepo is available. It provides a couple of bug
fixes, and two additional public functions that are required to build
and do development of DNF5. I'd like to have these fixes in Trixie, so
that it is possible to use DNF5 built locally for bootstrapping.

[ Impact ]

librepo is only used by DNF, so the impact is very small as the only
use case is building DNF-based distros chroots.

[ Tests ]

Works with DNF in Trixie

[ Risks ]

The diff is small and targeted, the worst case is that the unpackaged
DNF5 still does not work, which is status quo anyway

[ Checklist ]
[x] all changes are documented in the d/changelog
[x] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[x] attach debdiff against the package in testing

Attachment: debdiff
Description: Binary data
