[ Reason ]
firmware-b43-installer fails to install in bookworm due to a brokenupstream URL.

[ Impact ]
Users running the current stable Debian release cannot properly install
the firmware required for their wireless NIC.

I have verified the package correctly fetches the firmware when using
the updated URL.

Minor/none -- single line change to update download URL.
