Hi,

Small transition with only two affected packages: diagnostics, ivtools,

I have tested rebuild of the both the affected packages, and both built
successfully with ace 8.0.4+dfsg-1 from experimental.

The autogenerated ben tracker looks good. Please consider 'ace' for
transition.
