Please unblock package borgbackup2

there is a corruption bug fixed in b19 and I would like to make sure this enter testing.

The diff is about new tests being enabled in testsuite, new tests added as no regression tests for the corruption bug.

This version, even by being beta, is the best one for testing/stable.

thanks a lot!

Unblocked, but:

 - I'm not happy about the additional feature changes
 - I'm not happy that there's no bug (I can find) in the BTS
 - The timing is bad (but not your fault)

Nevertheless I would assess this as 'grave' if there was a bug, and I'm
certainly not taking custody of trixie with this bug present so I'm
prepared to make a late exception for this. The alternative would be to
pull it and leave upgraders from bookworm with no ongoing support.
