Hi!

Please unblock package debian-cd

Here's the traditional last-minute request for a debian-cd unblock,
such that the version in the archive for our release is up to date
with the software that we use to create it!

There are a lot of changes since the 3.2.1 released with bookworm, but
they've been tested every day from git production. It's not critical
to get this in before trixie as we'll continue to use the git version
for our builds, but again - this is for the sake of completeness.

I'm not including a debdiff as the changes are too big, sorry...
