Please unblock package targetcli-fb

[ Reason ]
targetcli-fb became out of sync with one of its dependencies
(python3-rtslib-fb), this NMU pulls in two small fixes synchronizing them
again.

[ Impact ]
Without this NMU, mapping LUNs with ACLs is broken - see #1109887.

[ Tests ]
We ran into this issue downstream in Proxmox VE (which potentially uses
a Debian Trixie system as iSCSI target/server), and verified the fix
works as expected manually.

[ Risks ]
The fixes are two small commits taken directly from upstream.

As noted, this is an NMU, I'll notifiy the bug of the planned NMU and this
