[ Reason ]
This last upstream release adds compatibility with Python 3.13.
Without the few patches it includes, many functionality are broken.
I can assure there's no new feature, just bugfixes.

OpenStack in Trixie would be completely broken without this update.

[ Tests ]
I've ran functional testing of OpenStack (1200+ tests).

Completely broken OpenStack without it.
