I am not sure if itʼs the only reason that crashes.

It did fail before I applied the fix(the old version crashes for me and I
have AMD hardware).

Sorry, attached the debdiff now.

Itʼs upstream minor release. Contains only bug fixes in upstream minor
releases.

Itʼs bug fix only release that shows on upstreamʼs release notes:
     https://github.com/aristocratos/btop/releases/tag/v1.3.1
     https://github.com/aristocratos/btop/releases/tag/v1.3.2

It fixed some bugs but not the latest version of upstream release.

I do not know.

Due to it crashes directly not only me. I consider the bug severity as
important.

> Does upstream test thoroughly?

Yes, I tested, the new bug release fix works on my machine.

> Has this package seen new upstream version uploads to stable in the past to facilitate security support?

No.

It fixed other bugs even itʼs not been reported in debian.

Itʼs not just a targeted fix. It contains multiple bug fixes from
upstream that might not affecting debian(eg: fix for MacOS).
