I don't think this is necessary. The contrib version currently in trixie will
work with the newer version.

In any case, as the binary is missing, it can't migrate anyway.

Note that it's possible to upload a binary only, without a doing a new source
upload. Certainly don't upload a new version of the main package, because this
will prevent the migration to testing.
