Please unblock package uml-utilities

Around August, 2024 uml-utilities got removed from Debian Testing.
That happened because of an FTBFS with GCC14.

It was fixed with an upload on the 7th of April, 2025, followed-up
with a quick NMU for futher architecture fixes uploaded on 11th
of April, 2025.

I entirely missed to track since then. But uml-utilities did not
migrate to Debian Testing (Trixie)

This bug report is to understand and request an unblock of
uml-utilities, so that it can propagate to Debian Trixie

[ Reason ]

uml-utilities complements the primary user-mode-linux software.
There may still be users using the tun/tap interface, where
uml-utilities comes in handy.

[ Impact ]

Those users of the older tun/tap and similar interfaces will be
surprised. And will have to migrate to other newer interfaces.

[ Tests ]

There's no code change. This is only an unblock request, given that
the package hadn't migrated to Testing for almost 2 months.

[ Risks ]

same reasoning as above

unblock uml-utilities/20070815.4-2.1
