Please unblock package devscripts for an update of the French
translation.

[ Reason ]
see above & devscripts is a key package...

[ Impact ]
outdated French translation.

[ Tests ]
autopkgtests, salsaci tests, the package has been in unstable
for 3 days.

[ Risks ]
hardly any. there´s is also an optional salsa test being fixed,
which I maybe would not have done at this point in time, but meh,
the fix is trivial and correct. (devscripts is nowadays being
developed in the main, not master branch, and that is the only change.)
