I suggest you do the upload with the minor changes to unstable, so they can
migratie fairly soon. Please remove the moreinfo tag from this bug once you
think it's ready.

For the new binary, I'm willing to consider it, but it needs to go trough NEW,
and it's already very late in the freeze, so I don't know if it will still be
possible.

I suggest you do a separate upload with the new binary to expirimental, so it
doesn't interfere with uploads to unstable. Once it's in experimental, we can
revisit it.
