Package will be unavailable on trixie.

Install rsplib-services. After that, installing rsplib-fractalpooluser
triggers dpkg unpack error.

Addition of Breaks/Replaces is the only change, so no risk involved.

I added trixie-ignore to the migration bug, and rsplib is no longer on the
autoremoval list. As the changes are not in line with the freeze policy, I'm
closing this unblock request.
