This upload finalize the artwork / theming for Lomiri in Debian 13.
Via debian-lomiri-default-settings, users can brand their Lomiri
installation and make it look like a Debian system. Adjusted elements:
* light theme enabled by default
* launcher's home logo is the Debian swirl in Ceratopsian color
* the specially colored Debian logo gets added to the suru-icon-theme's
icon files as scalable start-here.svg.
* d/copyright adjustments (because we now ship the Debian logo)
