There was a misunderstanding with upstream, they do not intend to do a formal release of 2.11.2; they're aiming for a 2.12 release which will contain things that are clearly not for trixie.
So there is only one case, that would be 2.11.1-3 in the case of your approval.

All those 12-to-17 lines changes in the patches are headers-only changes that got rewritten while transitioning to git pq. I would really love to be allowed to have those changest that do not affect functionalities in trixie as this would make running security updates way easier.
