Please unblock package ptyxis

[ Reason ]
This is a new bugfix release in the stable 48.x series.

[ Impact ]
This bugfix release improves Ptyxis' ability to restore tabs when
opening the app. Also:

- Fix palette selection via keyboard
- Make backgrounds opaque in fullscreen mode to match Wayland protocol
requirements
- Translation updates

[ Tests ]
There are no autopkgtests nor substantial build tests. I used this as
a template to manually test ptyxis although some details don't apply
to Debian (the Ctrl+Alt+T global keyboard shortcut, the Ubuntu Mono
font, or the purple background).

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DesktopTeam/TestPlans/Terminal

[ Risks ]
Ptyxis has no reverse dependencies. If Ptyxis is broken, people could
just use gnome-terminal (the default terminal for GNOME in Trixie) or
gnome-console or one of several other apps.

[ Checklist ]
[✔️] all changes are documented in the d/changelog
[✔️] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[✔️] attach debdiff against the package in testing

[ Other info ]
There are commits in upstream's gnome-48 branch that further improve
Ptyxis's ability to restore tabs so I'll probably try to get 48.4 into
trixie after 48.4 is released.

unblock ptyxis/48.3-1

Thank you,
Jeremy Bícha
