Dear Release Team,

can you please unblock falkon.

The version currently in unstable is a newer upstream point release
containing the following non-translation fixes from the version in
trixie :
- PyFalkon: port away from deprecated API [1]
- Fix crash when creating bookmarks toolbar. [2] (kde#480527)
- cmake: We're linking to NetworkPrivate so search for it [3]
- Fix editing SiteSettings and Cookies permissions [4]
- add widget for QToolTip::showText in combotabbar [5]
- Fix issue that location bar can't use input methods when
  locationcompleterview popups on wayland [6]
