Please unblock package rust-asahi-wifisync

[ Reason ]
In Bug#1103920 the Rust Team was asked to stop using 'M-A: allowed' by default
for application packages, since soon-to-be-introduced policy will require that
value to be adopted only after discussion on d-devel. I have no reason to use
'M-A: allowed' for my packages, so I'm changing that to no M-A value in all of
them.

[ Impact ]
The package will violate (future) policy.

[ Tests ]
Not needed.

[ Risks ]
None. This is a leaf package with no reverse dependencies, nothing depends on
it as ':any'.

[ Checklist ]
[x] all changes are documented in the d/changelog
[x] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[x] attach debdiff against the package in testing

[ Other info ]
None.
