Please unblock package bonnie++

This upload fixes a bug in the test (missing allow-stderr restriction)
that caused the package to not migrate to testing.

That package has been in Debian stable for like forever. While other
alternatives probably do a better job today, it makes sense to continue to
provide it in Debian for now.

I ran into its removal during a test upgrade.

The changes are test-only and trivial.

[ Checklist ]
  [x] all changes are documented in the d/changelog
  [x] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
  [ ] attach debdiff against the package in testing
     (not in testing currently)
