What exactly do you mean by that? britney always tries to migrate everything.

I mean the set of packages that all have to migrate together with r-base (i.e. r-base won't migrate if any of them are broken).

I suspect this may not actually be the same thing as the --pin-packages list passed to autopkgtest, but I'm not sure how to check it.


The excuses says it explicitly:
