Please unblock package displaylink-driver

[ Reason ]
This package supports docking stations with DisplayLink technology, which basically provide a virtual graphics card that lets you extend the screen according to one's wishes.
The package would be nice to have in Trixie as more and more docking
stations now have this technology added.

[ Impact ]
It's a single, new package in non-free (it needs a binary blob), so the impact is pretty minimal.

[ Risks ]
Fairly minimal, since it has no rdeps.

unblock displaylink-driver/6.1-2

Thanks!
 Thorsten
