Please unblock package lomiri-account-polld

[ Reason ]
This package is a dependency of lomiri-push-service, the client-side
daemon on devices running Lomiri Operating Shell to enable push
notifications.

Bringing lomiri-push-service to Debian 13 is a release goal for the
Lomiri Operating Environment, but we (Debian UBports Packaging Team)
failed to upload in time, so ftpmasters would have enough time to review
before the soft freeze deadline.

Two days ago I have returned from family vacation, picking up loose ends
now, hence the delayed unblock request.

None.

[ Tests ]
Manual installation and manual runtime tests.

[ Risks ]
Users won't be able to use push notifications in e.g. TELEports app or
webapps based on Morph Browser.

[ Checklist ]
  [x] all changes are documented in the d/changelog
  [x] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
  [x] attach debdiff against the package in testing

Knowing that we missed the soft freeze deadline for Debian 13, this is a
humble request for a freeze exception.

There will be another unblock request of this kind coming in for
lomiri-push-service src:pkg.

I fail to see a reason why this should get an exception. We have to draw the line somewhere and it was 15 April. You were too late.
