Package: release.debian.org Severity: normal X-Debbugs-Cc: fltk1.4@packages.debian.org Control: affects -1 + src:fltk1.4 User: release.debian.org@packages.debian.org Usertags: unblock Please unblock package fltk1.4. It implements long-awaited Wayland support [1], and its runtime libraries can coexist with 1.3's on disk. Full disclosure: sharing an address space can lead to skew, but that shouldn't be a problem in practice, since the reverse-dependency graph is pretty flat. It does take the fluid binary package over from fltk1.3 (which I'll reupload without it this evening), but upstream has confirmed my assessment that there should be no compatibility issues on that front. I do apologize for cutting the timing so close; it didn't help that the switch to CMake on which upstream insisted turned out to be somewhat involved, and that the FTP team sat on the package for over a week while letting more recent uploads through. I tried to compensate by reuploading with high urgency, but that turned out not to affect the migration delay, at least according to [2]. Thanks!
