Bug#1099483: release.debian.org: unblock dh-elpa/2.1.7

Package: release.debian.org
Severity: normal
User: release.debian.org@packages.debian.org
Usertags: unblock

dh-elpa/2.1.7 is blocked from migration due to autopkgtest failures of
some of the reverse dependencies in testing: el-mock-el, helpful-el,
yasnippet. Those packages have fixes uploaded to sid, but because they
depends on dh-elpa, britney cannot seem handle this entangled migration.
Can dh-elpa/2.1.7 be hinted to migrate? Or the testing versions of
el-mock-el, helpful-el, and yasnippet need to be removed for
dh-elpa/2.1.7 to migrate?

Thanks in advance!
