Thanks Emilio. I've uploaded urdfdom and dart to unstable.

Note: the new dart version does not support 32bits architectures anymore so we probably need to remove armel, armhf and i386 binary packages from unstable.

dart has no rdeps, that's why no auto tracker was created. And neither package
is currently in testing. Go ahead with both.
