Please unblock package pillow by ignoring the autopkgtests failure on s390x in pyglet. I have filed #1092867 against pyglet for the test failure.

The test in question for pyglet is literally called `test_elapsed_time_between_tick` and involves only `sleep`, `clock.tick`, and relevant assertions/timing comparison. Therefore, I consider it safe to assume that this error is due to the flaky nature of `sleep` vs. `timings` (which is documented to be **not** be reliable).

The upload of pillow is an NMU for the Rules-Requires-Root migration that only sets it to `binary-targets`. Unblocking pillow will fix an RC bug in testing #1089414 and pillow is a key package, so it is a release blocker to resolve this bug in testing.

Best regards,
Niels

Thanks for filing bugs against packages with flaky tests. It seems that the latest test for pillow already passed and pillow is not blocked by pyglet anymore, so, assuming that nxt-python will just pass, there's nothing blocking the migration but time.
