Please rebuild the spatialindex rdeps with the new version in unstable: 

nmu minetest_5.8.0+dfsg+~1.9.0mt13-2 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild with libspatialindex-dev (>= 2.1.0)"
nmu qgis_3.34.14+dfsg-1 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild with libspatialindex-dev (>= 2.1.0)"

This is a transition in disguise. Fixing the meta-data accordingly.

The rebuilt packages migrated and the old spatialindex version has been removed from testing.
