There's no need to file separate bugs for rebuilds that are part of a transition. In this specific case, we haven't scheduled the binNMUs yet because libcifpp hasn't been built everywhere [1]. That is an issue with catch2 no longer being available on every architecture, see [2]. Help addressing that bug would be appreciated.

I'm closing this bug, as we'll get to those rebuilds once catch2 is available and libcifpp is built. Let me know if I missed something though, either here or in the libcifpp transition bug.
